My accountability metrics have been proven to help people create great habits to reach their goals even faster! I will equip you with a personalized workout plan with 3-4 workouts per week, a tailored meal plan with delicious recipes with the foods you love, and a monthly one-on-one check in where we will meet face to face via video call.
